MM Transway is a premium transport service provider based in Marrakech, Morocco, offering private driver services, personalized tours, organized tours, and transfers across Morocco.
By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
MM Transway provides the following services:
- Private Driver Services: Chauffeur-driven car rental
- Airport Transfers: Pick-up and drop-off services to/from airports across Morocco
- Personalized Tours: Custom itineraries tailored to your preferences
- Organized Tours: Pre-planned tour packages
- Inter-city Transfers: Transportation between cities in Morocco

3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 How to Book:
To make a reservation, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Pick-up and drop-off locations
- Flight number (for airport transfers)
- Travel dates and times
- Special requests (if any)
3.2 Booking Confirmation:
Once we receive your booking request:
- We will send you a personalized quote via email
- Your reservation is confirmed only after you pay the required deposit of 30% to 50% of the total amount
- You will receive a booking confirmation via email
3.3 Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
- Attijariwafa Bank secure payment link
Important: We do not process credit card payments directly through our website.
3.4 Final Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid:
- For transfers and private driver services: Upon completion of service or as agreed
- For tours: Before the tour begins or as specified in your booking confirmation
4. Vehicle Capacity and Luggage
We offer a variety of vehicles to accommodate different group sizes:
- Sedan: Up to 3 passengers
- SUV: Up to 4 passengers
- Minivan: 5 to 7 passengers
- Van: Up to 15 passengers
- Bus: Up to 46 passengers

Important: Please ensure your group size and luggage comply with the selected vehicle capacity. Additional luggage or passengers beyond the vehicle’s capacity may require booking an additional vehicle at an extra cost.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Customer:
For Transfers and Private Driver Services:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date: No refund
For Tours:
- Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a full refund
- Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the tour date may incur charges, as we often prepay hotels and accommodations
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date: No refund
5.2 How to Cancel:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
5.3 Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Changes to Reservations
6.1 Free Changes:
For transfers and private driver services: You may change your reservation date or time free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
6.2 Changes with Fees:
For tours: Changes to tour dates may incur additional charges because we prepay hotels and accommodations. Please notify us at least 14 days in advance (preferably) to minimize fees.

7. Flight Delays and Tracking
For airport transfer services:
- We track your flight in real-time using the flight number you provide
- If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pick-up time accordingly at no additional charge
- No extra waiting fees apply for flight delays
8. No-Show Policy
If you fail to appear at the designated pick-up location:
- We will attempt to contact you immediately via phone and email
- We will wait up to 1 hour from the scheduled pick-up time
- If you do not respond or appear within this time frame, your booking will be considered a no-show
- No refund will be issued for no-shows
Important: Please ensure your contact information is accurate and that you are reachable on the day of service.
9. Cancellation by MM Transway
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation in the following circumstances:
- Severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- Government restrictions or force majeure events
- Vehicle breakdown or mechanical failure (we will provide an alternative vehicle when possible)
- Customer behavior that violates our policies (see Section 10)
Refund for MM Transway Cancellations:
If we cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, unless an alternative service is arranged and accepted by you.
10. Customer Conduct and Responsibilities
10.1 Expected Behavior:
All customers must:
- Treat our drivers and staff with respect and courtesy
- Follow local laws and regulations during the journey
- Not engage in any illegal activities in our vehicles
- Not smoke in our vehicles (unless otherwise agreed)
- Ensure children are properly supervised
10.2 Intoxicated Passengers:
If you arrive intoxicated or under the influence of substances:
- Our driver will assess your condition
- We will provide you with the utmost comfort and care
- If your health appears to be at risk, we may transport you to a hospital for your safety
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe your condition poses a safety risk
10.3 Disrespectful or Aggressive Behavior:
If you behave in a disrespectful, threatening, or aggressive manner toward our driver or staff:
- We will first attempt to resolve the situation calmly through dialogue
- If the behavior continues or escalates, the service will be immediately terminated
- You will be required to leave the vehicle
- No refund will be issued
- The incident will be reported to local authorities if necessary
10.4 Damage to Vehicle:
If you damage our vehicle in any way:
- You will be held financially responsible for all repair costs
- We will provide you with an itemized invoice for damages
- Payment must be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice
11. Luggage and Personal Belongings
11.1 Our Responsibility:
MM Transway is responsible for your luggage and personal belongings only while they are in our vehicle and under our care.
We will take reasonable care to ensure the safety of your belongings during transport.
11.2 Customer Responsibility:
- You are responsible for your belongings before entering and after exiting our vehicle
- If you leave the vehicle with your luggage and return without it, we are not responsible for any loss
- Please ensure you take all personal belongings with you when exiting the vehicle
11.3 Lost or Damaged Luggage:
If your luggage is lost or damaged while in our care due to our fault:
- Please report it immediately to our driver and contact us at contact@mmtransway.com
- We will investigate the matter and work to resolve the issue
- Compensation will be provided if we are found to be at fault
Important: We are not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle after service completion. Please check the vehicle thoroughly before leaving.
12. Insurance Coverage
12.1 Vehicle Insurance:
All vehicles in our fleet are fully insured in accordance with Moroccan law.
12.2 Passenger Coverage:
All passengers are covered by our insurance in the event of an accident during the journey.
12.3 Personal Travel Insurance:
While our vehicles and passengers are insured, we strongly recommend that you obtain personal travel insurance to cover:
- Medical expenses
- Trip cancellations
- Personal belongings
- Other travel-related risks
MM Transway is not responsible for expenses not covered by our vehicle insurance policy.
13. Pricing and Additional Charges
13.1 Quoted Prices:
All prices quoted are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are valid for the dates and services specified in your booking confirmation.
13.2 Price Inclusions:
Our standard prices include:
- Vehicle and driver
- Fuel
- Tolls and parking fees (for standard routes)
- Flight tracking (for airport transfers)
13.3 Additional Charges May Apply For:
- Extra stops not included in the original itinerary
- Waiting time beyond the included free waiting period (excluding flight delays)
- Tour date changes that require rebooking hotels or accommodations
- Vehicle damage caused by the customer
- Extra luggage requiring an additional vehicle
- Services outside Morocco (if applicable)
All additional charges will be communicated to you in advance and require your approval.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Service Provision:
MM Transway will make every effort to provide reliable, safe, and professional transportation services. However:
- We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.)
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as missed flights, meetings, or events due to unforeseen circumstances
14.2 Maximum Liability:
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
14.3 Third-Party Services:
For organized tours, we may arrange accommodations, meals, or activities through third-party providers. While we carefully select our partners:
- We are not responsible for the actions or services of third-party providers
- Any complaints regarding third-party services should be directed to the provider
- We will assist you in resolving issues when possible
15. Force Majeure
MM Transway is not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or restrictions
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Severe weather conditions
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer alternative solutions or refunds when possible.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://mmtransway.com/privacy-policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on the MM Transway website, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, images
- Website design and layout
- Photographs of vehicles and tours
is the property of MM Transway and is protected by Moroccan and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law:
- The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
- The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent
20. Amendments to Terms
MM Transway reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MM Transway regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
